ThinkPad X60 reload

Finally all things on my ThinkPad X60 is settled down. The previous Ubuntu is removed; the whole disk is re-partitioned; a new English version Windows XP is installed; followed by a new Ubuntu. The only purpose for installing the Ubuntu, at this time, is for Jenny to play a card game... But anyway, more works will be done there.

We intent to buy a new computer in this month. Firstly I considered Dell, then it passed; then HP comes, and passed; then Apple iMac comes, but still passed. Our final decision is that, we do not need more machines in our home; instead, we will use reading, chatting, walking around, watching TV, cooking et al to spend the leisure time everyday. And, obviously, we do not need to worried about the programs on the weekend.

But the beautiful-and-powerful-24-inch-iMac, we will re-consider it in the future when the size of our house becomes twice of the size now.
